TGBMS To Return To UK Cinemas From 03/05/2019

For Anthony and everybody else who has booked tickets to see The Great British Mortgage Swindle in a UK cinema, I am delighted to announce that the following screenings have now been confirmed:

Belfast – ODEON Belfast, May 3rd at 7:30pm. North London – Vue Islington, May 3rd at 7pm. South London – ODEON Streatham, May 3rd at 8.30pm. Cardiff – Vue Cardiff, May 3rd at 7pm. Glasgow – Vue Glasgow Fort, May 3rd at 7pm. Birmingham – ODEON Birmingham, May 3rd at 8.30pm. Manchester – ODEON Great Northern, May 4th at 8.30pm. Liverpool – ODEON Liverpool, May 9th at 8.30pm.

TGBMS is being released theatrically on #1 Cinema-on-Demand platform, Our Screen, tickets for which will soon be available via their website; whilst the details of screenings in the following locations will soon be announced:

Newcastle/Gateshead – Cambridge – Plymouth – Sheffield – Leeds – Edinburgh – Bristol – Swansea – Brighton – Milton Keynes – Leicester – Coventry.

Tickets for these unconfirmed screenings can be booked at the A-FP Box Office.

Everybody who has already purchased a Cinema-on-Demand ticket from A-FP will naturally be entitled to entry into the screening in your chosen location, or a full refund if you can’t attend.

TGBMS Next Steps

Those who do see the film in a British cinema will also see content that is being made exclusively for the Our Screen release. TGBMS – Next Steps will aim to answer all of the questions which have already been posed to Michael and myself, following the film’s release in Nottingham last November.

This addendum to the film will summarize the grounds under which Britain’s void mortgagors can join Representative Actions in every District Registry, apply to the Land Registry to cancel an illegal mortgage and seek indemnification for all their losses from the Chief Land Registrar.

It will include the very latest update on my own application for indemnity, which I expect to have an initial decision on by the time the film returns to UK cinemas from May the 3rd. There will also be a dedicated Bankster-Busters website, where people can sign up to join the Representative Actions.

If you are a legal professional or an experienced lay litigant who wants to volunteer your services, you will be able to do so at the new site, once it goes live.

All the necessary costs incurred will be raised in a crowd-funding campaign.

For those who do not already know, one of the world’s greatest economic and banking experts, Professor Richard Werner has already conclusively and forensically proved that commercial banks do NOT loan money. This is illegal and therefore the mortgage charge that Land Registry registers is in-fact an illegal and void mortgage charge that must be cancelled. This is where people must start using a Land Registry form AP-1 to get these illegal mortgages cancelled immediately.

Also, the great thing is that there are now legal precedents and judgments that obligate the Chief Registrar at the Land Registry to indemnify all financial losses the mortgagor incurred, due to the fraudulent mortgage. I.e. ALL mortgage related payments are due back to you, and to repeat, the Chief Registrar is legally obligated to indemnify the mortgagor.

Interestingly, by law the Chief Registrar can then claim those monies back off the conveyancing solicitor that gave illegal advice in the first place. Oh the fun…!

Mortgagors do NOT have the right to grant an interest in property they do not yet own, and the conveyancing solicitors got you to grant an interest in property you do not yet own.

The solicitors advised you to carry out an illegal act! The binding authority of Scott v Southern Pacific Mortgages and others [2014] UKSC 52, established the irrefutable fact that: a mortgagor has no rights to grant before the completion of the sale and purchase of the property concerned; hence the instruction that the deed must bear the same date as the transfer of credit to the mortgagor, in order to give the false impression that section 1(3) of the 1989 Act has been complied with.

In said case, Lady Hale stated this point most plainly: “The purchaser was not in a position either at the date of exchange of contracts or at any time up until completion of the purchase to confer equitable proprietary,” and, “This case has been decided on the simple basis that the purchaser of land cannot create a proprietary interest in the land, which is capable of being an overriding interest, until his contract has been completed,”

Buy this film even if you know most of the information or not. It’s £10.00 ffs! Peanuts! It has taken a decade of emotional, psychological, and huge financial pain to the makers of this film and many others. Just by purchasing this film you are adding to the energy that is building. The time is coming. In fact the time is now!

A Humble Request

Since we’ve only had five reviews for the digital release thus far [including a couple of dodgy ones from suspected trolls], it would be greatly appreciated if those of you who do see it on Prime, take the time to rate and review it.

Then we will have a chance of getting the film on the Amazon Prime front page, which will dramatically increase the film’s UK audience.

Many thanks, once again, to those who have supported this film over the course of almost a decade. Both Michael and I know that the film would have been marooned in virtual oblivion, were it not for your sterling efforts to spread good word of mouth about TGBMS.

As a result of the online exposure you have contributed so much to, we were invited on to Renegade Inc and the TGBMS episode will go live on RT UK at 7:00am tomorrow morning. It can be seen by anybody who has a Freeview box or just an internet connection.

Whilst a likely audience of hundreds of thousands would be fantastic, we have a genuine opportunity to reach several million people over the next few weeks, with the broadcast of a show which summarizes the grounds for the cancellation of every illegally registered mortgage in the UK; the film having become available to Amazon Prime subscribers this weekend; with tickets for the Our Screen release of TGBMS and TGBMS -Next Steps set to go on sale tomorrow.

In other words, my friends, please like, share and spread the word far and wide about the broadcasts of Renegade Inc., as well as the Our Screen release and the film’s availability on Amazon Prime.

If the dozens of 5 star reviews for the DVD are mirrored this week on the Amazon digital platform, we will have a realistic chance of attracting the numbers we need to succeed in the Representative Actions, which are planned for summer 2019.
