Mark Devlin interviews The Bernician on the Good Vibrations Podcast in the aftermath of the news that PUB are appealing the void decision of the Deputy Chief Magistrate, after he dismissed the Private Criminal Prosecution [PCP] against Hancock, Whitty, Vallance and Ferguson for pandemic fraud, on the ludicrous ground that the sworn expert witness testimony adduced is mere ‘hearsay’.
In the most simplistic of terms, despite how the situation might appear to some people at a superficial level, the interview about the surprisingly advantageous position the prosecution finds itself in can be encapsulated thus: It’s Game On, Not Game Off.
